At Hayes London, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy, you can return or exchange any item within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and labels remain attached to avoid processing delays.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
